Still Believe In My Generation (live at Weekender)

Art Fin In the mid-2000's the UK birthed a huge number of guitar-wielding bands including Arctic Monkeys, Cribs, Editors, Enemy, Futureheads, Hard-Fi, Kaiser Chiefs, Kooks, Maccabees, Maximo Park, Rifles, Wombats and Young Knives plus nu-rave synth bands and female pop vocalists. That was a great period in UK music but it didn't last. I miss those days of checking NME for new bands. Dogs are from that time and place. They seem to be influenced by The Jam and Sex Pistols and are quintessentially British. Favorite track: She's Got A Reason (live at Weekender Club).

about

Whilst on a European tour on May 11th 2007 DOGS recorded this live album at the Weekender Club in Innsbruck Austria. A dark cellar club where over 500 people crammed in, taking the venue over its legal capacity. The resulting record is one of those live recordings true music fans love. You can feel the passion, the adoration and the sweat.
